Terms and Conditions - TRADE ONLY


 


  • There is no minimum order value but cards are sold in multiples of 6's.


  • If this is your first order with us, you will be posted a pro-forma invoice. You can pay either by

  • cheque payable to White Cotton Cards

  • via your bank and the BACS system

  • by PAYPAL

  • by Credit/Debit card (soon!).

VAT (TRADE ONLY) will be added to your order after you send the order through. So please wait to hear from us about the full amount to be paid otherwise a seperate payment will need to be made before goods willl be sent out.


Your cards & gifts will be despatched upon the clearance of your funds.



  • If you are an existing White Cotton Cards customer you will receive an invoice shortly after receiving your order and payment is due strictly 30 days from the date of invoice.

  • Your order will be added to our production schedule and will be delivered as soon as possible. As an entirely handmade product, from time to time we may experience longer lead times although you will be advised of our anticipated delivery.


     


DELIVERY CHARGES - Trade only



    Delivery within the UK (with the exception of the Scottish Highlands & Islands, N. Ireland & outside of UK) = Carriage is paid on all orders over and above £150.00 + VAT


    Orders under the value of £150.00 = £8.00 carriage + VAT


    For deliveries outside of the UK we will e-mail you with full carriage cost.

    You can pay either by

Your cards & gifts will be despatched upon the clearance of your funds. They will be sent out within 3 days of receipt of payment. Small orders will be sent with Royal Mail. Larger orders will be sent with DHL, 24 hour delivery.


If you have any problems or complaits about your order, please contact Georgie within 4 days of receipt. A full replacement will be issued if goods are damaged. These damaged goods need to be returned back to White Cotton Cards to receive a replacement.

As all our products are handmade, sometimes there will be a slight variation from card to card. We aim to make all our products 100% perfect in every way.
